ABOUT BURNERS

Burners is a nine-day gathering of more than 70,000 people. This event focused on community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance held annually since 1991 at Black Rock City in northwestern Nevada. A temporary city erected in the Black Rock Desert about 100 miles (160 km) north-northeast of Reno. No Money is Exchanged at Burning Man, so be prepared and bring food, supplies, shelter, and anything else you might need. Burners is a Community not a festival, it's a temporary city.

WHAT HAPPENS AT BURNERS

You will see mostly people wandering around the camps on foot, bicycles and scooters. Burners does not book any celebrities, band for entertainment but instead encourages participants to perform for the community free of charge.

You don’t know exactly what will happen during burners, many people even get married. But surely, you will see different art performances, music , fire/light shows, mutant vehicles, and people with creative outfits. Activities, food, and bars are free of charge. Just bring a glass for the drinks; you only can use your money only to buy ice and coffee.There is always new or more every year.

BEST THINGS TO DO IN BURNERS

1. Climb all over stuff - Burners isn't your average art show. No, this is a true adult playground where unless there is a sign or a rope saying otherwise, you are free - and encouraged at your own risk - to climb on anything you want. Whether it's a tower in the middle of nowhere with an amazing view at the top, a giant hammock on the Playa or the inside of a huge scuplture, get off your bike and be a kid again.

2. Experience the Dr. Bronner's shower - Showering on the Playa can be a challenge, especially depending on your camp situation or if you're not a tech billionaire. But there is a solution to get cleaned up - as long as you don't mind doing it with a few new friends. The 'Magic Foam Experience' at Camp Abraxas (4&G) will shoot a bunch of Dr. Bronner's foam all over you, let you scrub up and then rinse you off. It might be the most refreshing experience out there. Lines do get long though, so be prepared to wait a bit.

3. Pay your respects in the Temple - The Temple is an annual display of love, devotion and remembrance, but it's also filled with a lot of sadness. Any place where so many people come to honor their lost ones is going to have tears. But Burning Man isn't just about partying.

4. Walk around the Playa at night - This may sound elementary, but until you have done it, you won't know why it's so cool. Most of the time, when you are getting around Black Rock City, you are riding your bike and have to - somewhat - keep your eyes on the path in front of you.

2021 RV RENTAL PACKAGE

LET US STOCK YOUR RV RENTAL FOR YOU

We can stock your RV full of all the food, toiletries, and anything else you would like to have while you’re at Burning Man. Simply shop online at Vons.com or Albertsons.com supermarkets. Have them deliver your order to us (in Stanton, CA) by 2:00 PM two days before your delivery. We will stock everything into your RV and have it ready for you when delivered. You must inform us that you will use this free option.

RV Rental Delivery and Pick-Up

A camp location in Black Rock City is required for delivery. If you have chosen for us to pick up your rental we will arrive at Burning Man on the date and time specified. You can schedule your RV rental to be delivered to Burning Man between: 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM starting Monday, August 27, through Thursday, August 30th. All return pick ups will be arranged when we deliver your RV.

WAYS TO SAVE ON YOUR COACH RENTAL

Renters that wish to save on the over all cost and then experience the drive may pick up their motor coach and return at our Southern California location and a save $1500. With this option you will pay for the fuel to and from the event and provide a personal insurance binder from your auto policy. If you wish to pick up the coach by the Reno airport you will save $750 and only pay for the fuel to and from Black Rock City. This option you will also be required to provide an insurance binder from your auto polcy. Renters may also save even more if you do not need bedding, linens and bicycles, please ask for your discounts.

SORRY NO AIRPORT PICK-UP

Sorry all airport transfers will be the renter’s responsibility to get to either the designated Reno dispatch location or to the Black Rock City. Once you arrive to your camp location we will deliver your coach to your camp and set up the RV for your enjoyment.
