We are located in Novato, California, 35 minutes north of San Francisco
Basic Information:
- Free secure on site parking
- Minimum rental periods vary from 3 to 7 days
- Minimum rental period during holidays and special events are 5 days.
- Pickup between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday
- Drop-off every day between 9am and 5pm
- Delivery of RV upon request with fee
- 100 free miles per rental day are included in the rental price, additional cost per mile varies depending on vehicle
Insurance Information:
Share My Coach Sonoma Privately Owned RV Rentals will provide you with a rental agreement. This agreement should be given to your insurance company in order to establish a policy binder covering the RV rental period. The completed insurance binder must be returned to our office a minimum of 2 days prior to departure. Renters will be responsible to pay a damage deposit equal to the insurance deductible on any policy used to cover the rental period. Upon the successful completion of the rental period, if no damages occurred, the deposit will be returned. Renter is responsible for ALL damages. Commercial Insurance is only for Vehicle Collision as it does not cover any other damages.
General Fees:
A cleaning fee will be added to every rental. This fee can range from $75 for C class up to $125 for A class. A charge up to $350 will be applied for excessive cleaning.
All of our motor homes and travel trailers are non-smoking units. No exceptions. An additional fee of up to $500 may be charged for motor homes or trailers returned with smoke, including camp fire smoke damage.
Vehicle prep charges are $75. This fee covers a complete safety check, orientation, exterior wash, fresh water fill, and systems test.
Some coaches do not allow pets. Please let us know if you would like to bring your pet. An additional cleaning charge of $100, up to $250, will be added for pet hair/odor removal.
Generators:
All motorhomes and toyhaulers, except trailers, are equipped with a generator. The first 4 hours of use per day are included. Additional use is charged at $4.00 per hour. Portable generators are available for trailer rentals. Please check to see if you have hook ups at your destination.Additional fees:
The RV must be returned with a full gas tank. If you are unable to do so, you will be charged an additional $25 on top of the cost of fuel.

RV and trailer delivery is available starting at $100 per hour plus $1 per mile from the dispatch office and does not include the RV fuel.

- Renter must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license. All drivers must be included on the contract and be present at the time of departure.
- Renter must have a valid credit card in his or her own name and provide us with an imprint at dispatch.

Deposits & Payments
- Our wholesale pricing model requires all reservations to be paid in full within 45 days of your travel dates. We require a $250 deposit (refundable up to 90 days out) to reserve. When you book the coach it's yours for the specified time frame and you will receive your coach, clean and ready for your trip. Should your coach not be available for any reason we will offer you a replacement coach or refund your money.
- Damage deposits range from $1000 to $2,500. The rental damage security deposit is fully refundable and due upon departure. The deposit will be used towards insurance deductible, damage to the RV and/or any additional fees. After return check-in the remaining deposit will be calculated and returned within 5 days.

Cancellations & Changes
- No Charge for driver additions or deletions.
